• Standard delivery: the parcel will be delivered to your nearest service point within 2 working days              (shipping costs 5 €)
• Home delivery: the parcel will be delivered to your home address at a date and time of your choosing (shipping cost €8 )

Delivery time is between 2-7 business days of order. Shipping time count starts from the day you receive the Shipping Confirmation from us via email. Delivery times depend on the supplier of the package and the geographic location of the delivery point. Kajo Cosmetics is not responsible for delays caused by unforeseeable circumstances beyond the scope of the company.
Some delivery services require a signature on delivery. If you are unable to sign for the goods, you will need to arrange redelivery with the carrier or collect the goods yourself. If you fail to do so within the timeframe required by the carrier, the goods will be returned to us and you will be responsible for all charges incurred for redelivery of the goods.


All prices shown in our website include tax 24%. If ordering to countries outside EU, taxes will be added according to local tax policy.
There may be additional duties and taxes applied upon receipt of your shipment. These duties and taxes are to be paid by the recipient. Kajo Cosmetics is not obliged to inform customers of such additional costs and is not obliged to refund such costs to customer.


The products can be returned within 14 days of receiving. No refunds or exchanges will be offered after the expiration of this 14 day period.

Once your returned shipment is received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received your returned goods. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
When you return a product/s, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.


We can only replace products if they are defective or damaged. Please notify us of any defects or damages immediately upon reception or as soon as you notice any defect or damage. If you wish to exchange your faulty product for a new one
