DELIVERY ZONES

We currently offer the following delivery options in Finland:

  • Standard delivery: The parcel will be delivered to your nearest service point within 2 working days (shipping cost €5,8).
  • Home delivery: The parcel will be delivered to your home address at a date and time of your choosing (shipping cost €9,6).

FREE shipping on all orders over €50 in Finland.

EU: Shipping cost €9,6.

  • FREE shipping on all orders over €50 in Sweden and Germany.
  • FREE shipping on all orders over €100 in other EU countries.

For all international orders: Parcels are delivered via UPS to collection points.


DELIVERY TIME

Delivery time is 1–3 business days within Finland and 3–8 business days to other EU countries. The shipping time starts from the day you receive the Shipping Confirmation email from us. Delivery times depend on the supplier of the package and the geographic location of the delivery point. Kajo Cosmetics is not responsible for delays caused by unforeseeable circumstances beyond the scope of the company.

Some delivery services require a signature on delivery. If you are unable to sign for the goods, you will need to arrange redelivery with the carrier or collect the goods yourself. If the goods are not collected within the timeframe specified by the carrier, the package will be returned to us. Any return charges incurred by UPS will be deducted from the order value before a refund is processed.


TAXES AND OTHER DUTIES

All prices shown on our website include 25,5% VAT. For orders outside the EU, taxes will be added according to local tax policies.

There may be additional duties and taxes applied upon receipt of your shipment. These duties and taxes are to be paid by the recipient. Kajo Cosmetics is not responsible for notifying customers of such costs or refunding them.


RETURN POLICY

Products can be returned within 14 days of receipt. No refunds or exchanges will be offered after this period.

To request a return, please:

  1. Inform us by email at hello@kajo-cosmetics.com.
  2. Ensure the products are unopened and in resalable condition.

Important Notes:

  • Delivery costs, customs fees, and taxes are non-refundable.
  • The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

Refunds are only available for purchases made directly through www.kajo-cosmetics.com.


REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email confirming whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, the refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method.

For uncollected parcels:

  • If a parcel is not picked up from the collection point, it will be returned to us by Post or UPS. Any return charges incurred will be deducted from the order value.
  • Refunds will be issued after the parcel is returned to us and the return charges are calculated.

RETURN OF DAMAGED PRODUCTS

We replace products only if they are defective or damaged. To request a replacement:

  1. Email us at hello@kajo-cosmetics.com immediately upon noticing the defect or damage.
